found myself in Wonderland

I have some pretty awesome news!

I am sponsoring a giveaway at Horsefeathers this week (starting tomorrow) and I'm here to give you a preview of not only the giveaway...but something that is coming out in an Etsy shop near you (namely, mine ;-)

The first Bulletin/Prayer "memory board" in The Forgotten Corner's up and coming Wonderland Collection.

Created using upcycled materials, the fabric is either from fabric sample books saved from the landfill or the not-so-worn-out parts of jeans and is either machine or hand stitched.

Inspired by Mia Wasikowska's portrayal of Alice in the 2010 film Alice in Wonderland it features a pocket with 'Believe' hand stitched in blue thread and many other places and pockets for the imaginative person to leave prayer reminders, quotes, fortunes from a fortune cookie or other mementos and keep sakes. The possibilities are endless.

Includes 37 faux-pearl headed pins to keep everything in place, a tag reading 'The Forgotten Corner presents The Wonderland Collection: Alice', a slip of parchment reading 'Believe' as an example of a pocket and piece of parchment with a quote from the movie: "Sometimes I believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast. -Alice'.

Memory Board measures approximately 5" x 9".

Coming Soon to The Forgotten Corner Etsy Shop more inspired by Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the White and Red Queens, Wonderland, and more.

Each board is made unique, each different from the last and cannot be found anywhere else.

There will be an insane amount of opportunities to enter the drawing so make sure to go check it out tomorrow at Olivia's blog and share, share, share the giveaway with friends and family!
